On the day of pick-up, bring the following with you:
→Your gate pass/pick-up slip, which you received from your sales partner
→ Your vehicle registration number
→ Your registration certificate part 1 (vehicle registration document)
With Mercedes me ID, apps and other extras, you stay digitally connected to your AMG at all times and can keep an eye on important information such as charge status, vehicle location or remote-controlled functions.

We will pick you up at Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof via Shuttle. Please let us know your arrival time and departure point beforehand.
We will pick you up at Stuttgart Airport via Shuttle. Please let us know your arrival time and flight number beforehand.
If you are travelling by hire car, you are welcome to park and return it at our premises.
Simply hand in the car keys at the information desk and we will notify the hire company that the car has been returned. Depending on the hire company, a collection fee may apply. We kindly ask you to pay the individual collection fee in advance.
